I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The dining experience was exceptional, offering plenty of choices and good quality dishes. The location was perfect for relaxation with easy access to the beach and stunning views for both sunrise and sunset.
The hotel had spacious rooms with a separate bedroom and living room featuring a pull-out sofa, although lacking a shower and a working toilet flush. The service was unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially the waiting staff in all their restaurants, and very engaged in playing with children. The location was outstanding, close to one of the nicest beaches in Mallorca, although mainly shaded due to surrounding buildings. The dining experience was exceptional with plenty of choices and good quality. The facilities were gorgeous.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing with great facilities and a wonderful beach just seconds away. I arrived at the hotel a bit later than expected but once I got my room, it was facing the stage, perfect for entertainment lovers. The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious with a very cozy bed and pillows. The service was exceptional, with always helpful and friendly staff, especially the outstanding waiters at the Mexican restaurant. The location is one of the best on the entire island, in a quiet area right beside the beach, which allowed me to relax. The dining experience was excellent, offering plenty of choices and quality. Overall, a great stay with some minor delays but worth it.
